As Hemnet’s first ever Pricing Manager you will be responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining Hemnet’s overall pricing strategy for all our products. 

What’s in it for you?

In this role you’ll be responsible for creating and executing the pricing activities needed to reach Hemnet’s revenue target. This by, for example: 

  • Identify and implement new price segments and price points.
  • Plan, execute and follow up on pricing experiments to optimize prices for the majority of all Hemnet’s core products. 
  • Conduct user surveys and market surveys to get the picture of Hemnet's price value towards users but also towards other competitors.
  • Work closely with your team but also Hemnet’s product and development organization to improve product packaging and identify technical solutions which can improve how we work with pricing. 

In this role you’ll be part of Hemnet’s business development & business intelligence team and report to Hemnet’s Chief Commercial Officer. Tight collaboration across teams is a strong part of the Hemnet culture and you’ll work closely with our development and product teams. 

Who we are looking for

Since this is a new position at Hemnet we think it’s important that you would thrive in a role where you would be part of creating this role and how we work with pricing, with the goal of developing a powerful tool for balancing revenue, conversion and user value. We are looking for you who: 

  • Have experience from a similar role (working with pricing, yield management or revenue management) and have worked with pricing of B2C products. 
  • Have worked with setting up, executing and following up on pricing experiments. 
  • Are a team player who enjoys working with a lot of people from different parts of an organization. 
  • Enjoy sharing and presenting your findings for different internal stakeholders. 

It’s also great if you have:

  • Experience from close collaboration with development and product teams. 
  • Experience working with Tableau and/or SQL. 
  • Worked with B2B pricing.
